Sharon has been in the business for over 30 years. She established Alger Property Management in 2001 and holds a fine reputation within the community.
Sharon is a Washington state certified appraiser and has been appraising for over 25 years. She is a past president of the Kitsap Association of Realtors and a two-year recipient of the Kitsap County “Realtor of the Year” award. She is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and a member of Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
Lead Appraiser, Co-Owner
Mike started his appraisal career in 1990. For 26 years he has provided professional residential appraisal services. Mike has the knowledge and expertise to assess in compliance with the Federal Reserve’s appraisal regulations and guidelines. He provides appraisal services that are objective, efficient, accurate and professional.
He is very patient, detailed oriented and organized in his work. It is a pleasure to work with and around him. He always encourages others and he enjoys his work.
He has a family of four. In his spare time, he plays chess, backgammon and likes working in his yard. He also likes to spend time with his kids and travel. Most of all Mike has a very good heart.
Geri has over 32 years of experience in property management. Her training began in Lancaster, CA from a very reputable property manager. He poured his expertise into her and this is when Geri fell in love with property management and made it her professional life. Helping owners understand how the rental process works and finding the best tenants for their properties is her #1 goal. She enjoys assisting investors with viewing properties before purchasing to make sure there is good cash flow. After all these years, Geri shows up with a smile on her face and we know she enjoys her work and she is having fun doing it. Geri was a Realtor of the Year Recipient, Spirit Award Recipient, Achievement Award Recipient. She served as a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as
President of Association of Realtors in 2000.

Tamara’s experience as an administrative assistant at Alger PM in Silverdale as well as 5 years of property management experience are invaluable. Her administrative support, strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills are critical to keep the office running efficiently. She has degree in engineering. Tamara brings experience of customer service skills working as a banker and an agent for Nintendo of America before joining Alger Property Management.
Tamara puts our owners and their rental properties first. Along with all of her responsibilities she maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.
Tamara is ethical and discreet, trustworthy, highly motivated and committed to superior customer service.
Tamara speaks 3 languages and likes learning new things. She is married with 3 kids. She likes to travel, read, explore and spend time with her family. She is thankful for everything she has in her life.
Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Aura brings with her 15+ years of experience and has earned her Associates Degree majoring in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. In all of the positions she has held, she has worn many hats, had many responsibilities, and always progressed quickly. She is passionate about providing exceptional service to owners, tenants and the business. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, trips to the coast and spending time with her family.

Steve is a Washington State Certified Appraiser and has been in the business since 2005. He strives for accuracy on the job and enjoys meeting new people. In addition to real estate appraising he dabbles in office tech support. He enjoys music covering a wide range of eras and genres. In his spare time, he listens to podcasts and writes short pieces of fiction.
Larisa joined the Alger Appraisal team in November of 2016 as a Washington State Appraiser Trainee & is on her way to becoming a Licensed Residential Appraiser. She has obtained a degree in Economics and Business Management. She is professional, dedicated, and an organized individual dedicated to accuracy and efficiency.
In her spare time, she enjoys being out in nature, swimming, hiking, exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and her friends.
Josh is a Certified Residential Appraiser Trainee in the State of Washington. Josh graduated from Central Kitsap High School. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing at Seattle University in 2012. After college he worked for Zucker Media Group and iHeartMedia as an Account Executive. He is now very happy to be back in his hometown and working for Alger Appraisals.

Letty joined the Alger Appraisals team in 2002 as the Financial Assistant. She graduated with a major in BSC Accounting and brings over 30 years of experience to our office. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, cooking, and shopping.
